We carried out the refurbishment of the Male and Female toilet blocks located in a serviced office building in Swansea.
The works were carried out by a full experienced team from 360 to ensure the new modern facilities were back up and running as quickly as possible.
We completed an Upgrade of lights to LED Lighting across various areas of the Aztec West centre to create a brighter, versatile work area. LED Lighting is Eco Friendly and saves energy as well as increasing the lifespan of the light causing less need for ongoing maintenance/bulb changes.
We carried out a Refurbishment of the Office area to allow for a more dynamic way of working. This included glass partitioning, open plan working areas and new lighting and furniture positioned to brighten the area and make it more inviting for the office team.
These works were carried out whilst the centre was open so we worked with the other clients in the building to ensure disruption was kept to a minimum and they could continue to work around the area as usual whilst maintaining strict Health and Safety procedures, including the logistics of managing deliveries and access through public areas.
Our trained team installed new carpet in areas throughout the centre to create a clean, contemporary feel for potential clients and visitors to their centre. We also paint the wall areas surrounding in white, ready for new clients decorating requests.
Working outside in the areas surrounding clients buildings we carried out Landscaping and vegetation clearance to the carparks, gardens and balconies to ensure escape routes and car parking spaces are kept clear, signage is visible and green areas make a good first impression.
